I ran 4 10mg epi 2A3A by vital labs (epistane) a day with 2 11-x by LGI a day for 30 days. Finished with recycle and liverfix. I got good results leaned up and gained good strength. If its your first time you may want to do 30mg (3 pills) of epi then work your way up to 4 hen your ready. The epi I got has 120 caps in it 10mg's per for 45$ pretty good deal. I got more pills then havoc or IBE. I got them from strongsupplementshop . com . Best of luck with your cycle and please post your results.
