A little while back I had made a thread about Epistane, well I have been doing more surfing around and found the FRL Alpha Kit.
Like i said previously I just need something to break my plateau that i am on weight/lifting. I have never done a PH before and either one of these seemed to be good for beginners. I tried to send Royd the Noyd at FRL a message but i guess it wouldn't send.
I have not been able to find many in depth reviews on the FRL kit.
I believe for a short cycle a Serm would not been needed for the FRL kit ( the reason I am leaning towards this is the All-in-one factor).
What big difference is there between epi and alpha kit?
I'm looking for something as far as "dry gains" because i need to be able to get back under 200lbs in Feb.
Right now i am 204lbs ( eating everything i can) and 26yrs old. Also i have been lifting for a few years now so the gym isn't new to me.
Thank yall again for your info/opinions and sorry in advance for the ignorance when it come to PH, but i got to start somewhere i guess.
