Hey guys, I'm about to start my second week on Epidrol. I've been taking only one a day and wasn't really planning on going way too over the top for my first try with it. Maybe 3 would be the top of my goal.
I'm wondering a few things:
I've read about running cycle support with it, how vital would this be? Is it a very damaging product?
Also, I read that I should be taking Creatine and Flax Seed along, not to mention high protein intake. Anything else worth mentioning?
I have a workout schedule kinda weird, but was looking into phasing it to save some cash and had a few questions about it: Is it better to do a 3, 4 times a week phase with 30mg instead of an everyday 20mg? Also, does it only work if it's every other day or could I look to skip, lets say, saturday and sunday and still have close results? If not, 2 in, 1 out, 2 in, 2 out (or 1 out if not possible for 2 in a row out).
When I do up my dosage, should I take 2 -3 pills pre-workout or 1 pre-workout and one some other time of the day? Is there also a "requirement" (such as being on an empty stomach, etc.)
I also looked up for the post cycle therapy once I'm finished with the cycle, what else should I be needing by then? I was planning on doing Super Cissus as a post cycle therapy, along with post cycle therapy and the cycle support, to hopefully heal some of my shoulder ligament problems. Would that work or do I need to add some more things?
I've enjoyed this product a lot so far, and am looking forward when I up the dosage and it really kicks in. I've heard it usually starts in the mid 2nd week so hopefully soon, altough so far I've really enjoyed my workouts and have been able to increase weights a little alrdy.
And one thing I'm wondering too about this product, is it supposed to help with some fat loss or mostly / mainly just strenght gains, muscle increases?
Reason I ask that is because I'm looking to lose some body fat as well, and was wondering if (in case it doesnt help fat loss) I should try to run some hydroxicut or alike along with it to get leaner, and if so, if there is any recommended.

Oh, btw, I'm 23, 235lbs, 6'4'', would say roughly 15% BF. This will be my first hormonal / steroid cycle. Will give some updates as I move with it.
