500/500 or 500/250/250??Split the dosage up 2-3 times daily. Epiandro has a short half life, I've read anywhere from about 6-12 hours
500/500 or 500/250/250??
250 x 4 would be best.
Was thinking the same dosing protocol. Was gonna go 6 hours apart. The BEST would be an IV drip with a rate of 1000mg/24 hours. Lol. But since this is not practical, we strive to split dosage as close to the substances half life as possible. In this regard, yes, 4 doses would be great. If this is not practical, do 3 doses, or 2, etc.
Epiandro does have a very fast uptake affinity though, which is why it has a short half-life, and thus taking it as a pre-workout has its noticeable benefits. In this regard, a 3x daily dosage split into 50/25/25%, with the 50% being preworkout may be beneficial.
500mg pre workout
250mg 8 hours later
250mg 8 hours later
It is said that Epi-Andro and Androsterone are anti-estrogenic. I'm not quite sure how this could be the case. From what I understand, testosterone converts into DHT and E2.
If somebody consumes Epi-Andro or Androsterone creating a rise in DHT. It seems that the the body would sense high levels of DHT and respond by allowing more test to convert to E2 in search of homeostasis?
Anybody have any insight on this?
I wasn't trying to imply that taking Epi-Andro or Androsterone would increase test...that sure would be nice though!DHT is a natural estrogen antagonist.
You will not have high E2 while DHT is high.
Raising DHT will not cause a raise in test.
If anything because you are taking in something that isn't natural your test
Will actually get surprised.
I literally crashed my E2 while on great with
1000 to 1200mg of EpiAndro.
E2 was only 8 when I came off cycle.
Normal is around 25 to 30.

Yeah, I knew that Epi-Andro and Androsterone were mildly suppressive but that is great info on exactly how they work...thanks!The body will sense a high level of DHT and therefore turn down testosterone production, since it's being tricked into thinking that ample amounts of test is being converted. Which obviously isn't what's actually going on. Hence, suppression. I'n reality, DHT inhibits production of all gonadotropins, so it's the raw materials needed to produce test and estrogen that are being blocked, not actual testosterone.
On the other hand, DHT directly inhibits estrogen activity by binding to the same receptor sites as does estrogen. So it's not a decrease in production, but a decrease in ability for estrogen to carry out some of its functions. DHT also inhibits production of some of the enzymes that covert test into estrogen. So it's a two-fold attack on estrogen.
