5’10 170 lbs
Looking to drop 2-3% BF
Doing weights, cardio and some KB Hiiit.

In for info... I'll be running (& logging) the following, here shortly

25mg osta / 10mg cardarine and 600mg epi andro for 8-10 weeks
 
I'm on basically the same cycle with same stats but eating maintenance. Have you run osta before? I just started week 4 and only just starting to see results. I would do 8 weeks min.

you shouldn’t. Osta never made me retain and the Epi-Andro will keep you dry. I’d consider increasing that dosage if you’ve ran it before

mk677 makes me bloated first week or so. Not sure if you’re adding that.

Got Tamoxifen for pct.

Started today. Using musclegelz Androhard for my epiandro. Got OTC cycle support.
 
Not going to weigh myself because I hate scales - used to be obese (as a kid and early teens) and hate numbers game.
