Just started a cycle of 200mg/day of TD Epiandro and 600mg of oral as well as 200 mg Hyperion.
Is it better to spread out my dosage evenly? I plan on doing 100mg TD In the morning and at night and can spread the 600mg throughout the day or use it preworkout. Thoughts?
Goal is hypertrophy. I’ve been upping my calories and am roughly at 3000 calories a day, 200 protein, 325 carbs, 80 fat, and 83 sugar give and take. I’ve been increasing it a little each week for the past 6 weeks. I can definetly put more food down and will continue to increase each week. The increase in carbs is a huge change for as I was always a low carb guy.
Workouts are upper/lower 4x/week. Big compound exercises are 4 sets of 12, secondary exercises are 16 reps for 4 sets, and assistance/isolation is at 20 reps. I’m in week 4 of my first month.
This is a massive change for me as I’m used to strength and peaking phases and haven’t done reps this high in years. 4 sets of 12 full back squats were brutal the first 2 weeks.
