Epiandro and 1-Andro log because their are very few out there!!

Day 10: chest and back and cardio because my energy is insane and my body won't let me leave the gym, someone help.

Still in the gym currently on the treadmill because ummm my body won't let me leave? This is insane. I dosed again with 330mg 1-andro and 1000mg epiandro PWO. 2 scoops of pre workout. Sweating my ass off, body giving me praise, this is what a good workout feels like. Hoping for this every damn day. Good ****.

330mg 1 andro PWO all in one hit? What about the rest of the day?

Btw are you using a stim pwo?

Yeaaah man, money's tight so I'm using ****TY ass C4. But I think it doesn't do anything, the pills overpower the **** out of it. I have some high volume PES on the way for nitric oxide, SUPER excited for that, never tried it before.

Since I started high dosing epi pre wo, i find myself more aggressive than on the best stims. Maybe that's just me...

Just tightness, that tight look, vascularity in biceps and forearms have increased, serious muscle hardness. I'm hitting my goals of what I wanted from this stack already and it's only day 10.
 
Interesting that it was so fast for you. I'm at 2.5 weeks and still waiting. In about 20min I'll be popping 1000pwo to see been trying 750 pwo and there was nothing.

For a lot of guys Andros don't kick in until the 3rd week... I noticed mild effects around the second week, and more by the third.
Are you stacking the epi with andro1?

I was surprised by how fast epiandro kicks in... I could tell I was on something by the 2nd or 3rd day... my chest was tingly and I was shedding water.

Strength went up too.. nothing crazy but noticeable.
 
When I ran 1/4 I didn't notice much until week 3. Then weight shot up about 8lbs and everything started kicking in. Excepting the same thing from this next run of 1/epi Was gonna run 1/4/epi (got the stuff to do it) but was told running 4 would be counterproductive for tightening things up. So gonna hold onto the 4 until next August when I run 1/4 again.

You might have a serious case of lethargy without the 4.
 
Subbed. I'm running the same epi/1 cycle but I've only been dosing 500mg epi with my 330mg of 1. Gonna bump up to 750 thanks to this thread!
 
I was told that the epi should help combat the lethargy and that epi helps with cutting and vasculsrity and I know 4 leads to water retention. Running both together seems kinda counter productive. I'm wanting to tighten up and cut hopefully get down to 8 percent bf after it's all said and done.

Ya 3-4 weeks is where I've noticed 1 kick in, just want sure if epi was typically the same as 1.
 
I think I'm going to do 1/epi. 330 of 1 and 750 of epi (may increase to 1000 in the later weeks) Gonna hold on to the 4 until I run a bulking cycle in august or September. Gonna eat in deficit during the 1/epi cycle and hopefully lower body fat to around 8 percent by May 8 week cycle 4 week PCT then another 8 weeks of slowly cutting naturally if need be.

Idk man epi will help manage the bloat of 4 and help with lethargy. 4 will help you get more gains from the 1 andro. They're quite synergistic rather than counterproductive... it's the same as stacking masteron with aromatizing compounds (test, deca, etc)...

I agree with NewAgeMayan that it sucks to feel bloated while cutting, but sometimes products that help you lean out will cause a temporary bloat when you run them. Yohimbine, for instance, causes some guys to retain water... you'll still loose a ton of abdominal fat while your retaining water so it's worth running...

Best thing to do is be very anal with sodium intake... just my .2
 
Yeah I definitely gotta get diet right. Got between now and January to figure out a meal plan. I coach basketball so I'm super busy everyday until March basically except Sunday and Wednesday

Hell yeah run that sh1t!!! Make the most of your cycle man cause you're probably not running more than 1 or 2 a year.

Also get "No Salt" which is sodium free salt... and seriously watch eating processed sh1t.

The less experimenting and adjusting of kcals you have to do on-cycle, the more successful it will be. You dont want to be in your 6th week when you finally get on top of things. Ideally, you want to be successfully cutting a month prior to your cycle (especially if you havent been in this situation before...the more experience you get, the less lead in time youll need).

Yeah this is one thing I regret about my 11kt run.. if I were to do it all over again I'd have gone on the keto diet a month or 6 wks prior so I was fully keto adapted.. live and learn lol
 
Anyone know somebody that's good with meal plans. I'd have to do all my prepping for the week on Sunday. I'm thinking 200g protein 70-90 fat. Rest carbs to get around 2200. My TDEE is supposedly 2700ish

5'11 184 (up from 172 at start of last cycle in August). Would estimate 13-15 percent bf. Goals is to go ahead and get cut for summer. Can't stand seeing love handles anymore from that last cycle. Ideally about 8 percent by may
 
do you guys think that just clomid and a test booster would be enough of a pct for epi/1/4 andro?

No reason to run a natty test booster with clomid... run after, unless you get K1ng's Blood, which I highly recommend... run clomid + KB + a natty anabolic for a month, then run KB + natty anabolic for another month or 2 after you stop the clomid.

I was shutdown from LGD and felt like absolute sh1t for 3 weeks while running clomid.. I had pre ordered KB and it came my 3rd wk of clomid.

Within 3 days of taking KB I felt completely back to normal.
