Okay...so here's the deal, I got in my Epistane and have had my Zol for a while now, and I'm all set to go on the cycle.
I plan to start next monday, and pulse on lift days which shall be done in a MWF fashion. Tuesday and Thursday are speed training, with Saturday and Sunday being open for regular outdoor activities, but mostly they'll be considered off.
Any days I don't pulse, I will be taking X-lean first thing in the morning, as well as another serving between noon and midafternoon. I will also be taking Sam E and NAC on non-pulse days as well to protect my liver as best as I can and since Dr. D said milk thistle had some anti-androgenic properties.
This will mainly be a recomp/cut and I will be trying to maintain/gain muscle while simultaneously dropping fat. Goals are to increase or maintain strength while increasing speed and dropping weight.
I will be pulsing for 4 weeks, MWF, then taking 2-4 weeks off, and starting another 4 week pulse. If that goes well, and I don't think I need a PCT, I may take another 2-4 week break and throw in a final 4 weeks to bring the total cycle range to anywhere from 16-20 weeks.
Progress pics may be posted either throughout or just at the end...most likely they will be just comparative and will come at the end of ever 4 weeks...if I can get my digicam to start working again. If not I may just have to suck it up and get a disposable and opt for a picture CD at the store.
Full PCT products are on hand just in case in the form of a full 60ml vial of Toremifene, 60ml vial of Tamoxifen, 2 bottles blue-up, 1 bottle ATD, 1 bottle ActivaTe, 1 bottle Retain2. Of course I wouldn't use all of that but i just prefer to have my bases covered.
Diet is perfectly in check, with carbs/protein/fats in the ratio of between 40/40/20 and 30/50/20.
Starting weight and stats will be established on the first day of the cycle, and I might have time to get a few maxes done...though I'll probably post some rep-out maxes instead to save my joints a bit.
Routine will be...
M-Chest/Triceps
T-Speed Training/Abs
W-Back/Biceps
R-Speed Training/Abs
F-Legs/Delts
S-Outdoor activity but otherwise OFF(no weights)
U-Outdoor activity but otherwise OFF(no weights)
I will also be keeping all data in a notebook so if I skip a day on the boards I'll be able to go back an post all information for the days I missed.
Otherwise...Input? Advice? Questions? Suggestions? Cycle starts August 27th so please help tell me if anything looks out of place or needs work before that date. If not...wish me luck!
