Im looking to run the epi-strong at 30mg on non-lifting days taking 15mg with breakfast and 15mg with dinner. On lifting days (4 day split) I take one (15mg) at 5am with breakfast and and two (30mg) at 2:00pm with a protein bar an hour before I lift. I have played with different dosing but this has worked the best for me. My question is when I should take the Katanadrol and do I need to change my epi-strong timing while taking the katanadrol. Oh, I was going to run the Katanadrol @ 250-300mg.
