epi/pstanz

I have a friend who is doing the same cycle as me but he already started and is doing 60mg epi/400 pstanz a day for an 8 week cycle. Is that crazy he's only 180 pounds.
Fyi just asking about the cycle not about PCT or anything dont wanna get FLAMED!
he's also taking liquidclomid suspension and erase after.

crazy or not?
 
no that sounds about right from what ive looked into as far as the p stanz. im planning on an 8 week p stanz going up to 500 start with helladrol then mix in the pstanz week three and . i here 400 is a good dose if you go higher you proably want to just be on the pstanz.

50/75/75/100/100/125/0 /0 hella
0/ 0/ 0 /300/400/400/500/500 pstanz

im pretty sure 8 weeks of epi is too long, that should be shorten to 6 at the most due to it being a methyl compound. and i think 60 is to high id start out lower around 30 then go to 45, from what i have read 45 is a great dose

make sure your taking some liver support.
and you should increase your pct arsenal.. id throwin at least some daa

i have never done ether one of these so im not the best source. just FYI

With epi and pstanz hes asking for it haha.
Id strongly recommend taking like 2g of glucosamine a day and try out taking some cissus too this stack will more than likely dry the hell outta your joints, my friend said around 2400mg of glucosamine helped out his joints a lot.

8 weeks of 60mg epi is on the high end of both dose and length but I suppose it can be done.
 
glucosamine takes a few weeks to get in your system so youll want to preload!!

i dont know 8 weeks of epi high dosed doesnt sound like the best of ideas to me, i have seen 60 done or higher but it was run solo and for shorter duration. i think your asking for problems, and you would get worse results from having to deal with the problems.
 
Yes, usually 60mg epi is ran for 6 weeks, im not sure if youll really be reaping anymore benefits by running it for another 2 weeks tbh. Epi isnt known for having bad sides but you could run into some those last 2 weeks, and id also be kind of surprised if you stopped gaining more than like a lb in those weeks unless you increased dosage, in which I still dont think youd end up getting much extra gains. (I do not suggest going over 60mg, especially for a longer duration cycle)
 
Aite well i went ahead and told him what yall both said. I doubt he will listen to me but hey i did my part.
I was actually going to start my cycle and my friend actually gave me supps and told me do it 20EPi/100pstanz a day for 8 weeks.
I decided to modify it im going to do this and i took some advice from a lot of posts. Let me know what you think i think ill actually do a log of it as soon as i get situated. I need to just get my head straight!

looks pretty good to me, pstanz needs to be dosed atleast 300mg at all times imo though.
 
nice, yeah from what ive read i would bump the pstanz up, it has really low sides. just the first two weeks. you want to get it to 400 as soon as you can. thats the spot that works best for most people. but yeah that looks like something i would be willing to run
 
is that like 5 bottles of pstanz? ive got 4 bottles just wondering if i should get more

Probably more, there's 90, 50mg caps in each for a total of 4500mg per bottle and the week you're using 500 is almost a full bottle it's self, the last 3 weeks should be over 2 bottles alone

thats they way im stacking it for a cut cycle, i posted it wrong. it leaves me with 10 pills, im think about bumping to 600 for the last 5 days. or some other option, haven't mapped it out yet
 
Asked this on another thread but haven't got a response yet. Y are most people starting pstanz late in cycle and running it solo at end?
 
i answered you in the other thread and another person agreed with me

because it takes alot of pills to run it at the appropriate strength for long periods, so they are tring to save money and still get a high dose
