Life Extension has a de-oiled product thats cheap and should yield (theoretically) higher phosphatidic acid % (than non d.o.) if you are committed/serious about training, this is the way. body recomp, increase strength on all lifts, muscle fullness and endurance. very noticeable within 2 months, shoot even first couple weeks first time you use the combo.
i say committed because the lecithin granules will inevitably become nauseating to chug down. do this for 2-3 months and if you don't see results then you are a non-responder and can move on to the next ingredient/product in your hunt. just my .02
