EPI-PLEX BY COMPETITIVE EDGE LABS [CEL]

took my 1st cap of epi-plex this morning and headed for indy, about an hour and a half later i was at nifs hitting the weights. i had another good full body workout on 14 machines then hit stairmaster and then crunches. i looked at the clock and almost to the minute 4 hours later i took 2nd dose of epi-plex.

i am not going to embellish, in all honesty i can't say i am feeling anything out of the ordinary-yet...but it is still early on and my expectations are still high!!!
I don't want to plant any seeds but in the first week or so you should notice small effects I will keep reading the log to see if it has a similar effect on you as it did me.
Also 9lbs is rather abnormal number but if anyone can do it BigT can :)

I DID HAVE A GOOD PUMP AND ENDURANCE THIS MORNING...it just wasn't enough out of the ordinary to credit to epi-flex.

i am on permanent recomp, if i can cut fat while doing it i have no problem adding some lean lbs!!!

the great ones are all dying off...there is no one today even close to the stars of yesterday....

Oh I don't know there are some really good actors out there now, granted they don't have the class or style of the old stars but I don't think its all bed. Music... I agree

at least we agree about the music...most of today's music 'superstars' wouldn't even of had the talent to land a contract in the 70's!!!

Yea im up 9 lbs in one month running the new blr -epi. Ive increased my cals and have been using his td ai as well which has a fat burner. What ive noticed is epi has allowed me to utilized my food and training better. Thing is idk what else he got in his formula. Might not be just epi bro lol

I increased my cals about 500 and cut back on the cardio a little. Stayed lean and recovered better. My endurance was up, but never really dropped either. -Epi is some good stuff bro. It was the first time i ever ran it before. The first two weeks didnt notice much and was kinda dissapointed. Week three really started to shine for me.

The main thing with ANY supp is:
Dont change the workout and diet routine!

Ofcourse you cant expect anything from a natty product if your diet and workout routine sucks.
But lets take me as an example who eat a lot of meat etc. If I add even more food , ofcourse I would gain weight!

There is just couple of products which gave me size and strength gain without changing training or diet. :)

True, and like he said he's not sure what else is in the product that he was taking that had (-)-epi in it. I'm just looking forward to some better workouts and better feel from the product but if I were to gain a little weight I know I'd be due to a caloric surplus.
 
Guys keep in the mind whole premise behind -epi is that its a myostatin inhibitor. It is suppposed to enable you to achieve more than your body will allow due to myostatin levels. Its like taking the governor off a car. It allows you to go faster, but going faster requires more fuel to run the engine at that rate. So even if you lower the levels which will alllow you to grow more, you still have to grow lol (ie eat more, train harder, recover etc). The endurance was definitely a benefit, but if you do more activity with said endurance and dont eat to compensate you will def loose weight granted your eating doesnt change and your training does.

Believe me my friend, and I mean 120%.
Like I said before, you will NEVER get gains from EPI due to elevated Follistatin levels.
Its like saying building mass with DAA supplementation. It will NEVER elevate T levels so your body would get directly gains of it.

Even injecting real follistatin, you would not gain 10lbs after 1 month. You will do it ig you are in caloric surplus.

Increased pumps, work capacity and better endurance is the main keys of EPI and believe me or not, many people dont even get better pumps from it. It can be due to the dose OR the way their body react to it :)

"IF it increase Follistatin so much which could lead to myostatin inhibition, and again lead to gains in size, then we are talking about months to see a nice change in body transformation, which I really doubt. And as I said before even real follistatin is not so effectve as people think. It is not so easy like more follistatin->less myostatin->gains.*
And it does not mean for sure icreasing follistatin naturaly would inhibit Myostatin.
Decorin and TGF-beta plays huge role!
As I know, there are no herbs which prossess modulation of those factors."

Remember. The study from 2015 shows elevated follistatin but there is no evidence of myostatin inhibition (in that study).
This product should be taken just for endurance, pump and better work capacity :)

no workout in gym today just mowing and weed eating. dosing was the same as it has been-1 cap upon waking, 1 cap 4 hours later both on empty!!!

is it just me...i felt really stiff and sore from workout yesterday, more than i expected to be---is this from epi-flex?

yeah everythings alright...i had to play pin cushion and magnet at the VA yesterday...10 vials of blood, plus a arterial gas test, plus they forgot creatinine so before mri they drew another vial and then put in a contrast iv before the longest damned with contrast and without mri i've ever had!!! then on the way home a semi turned over and caught on fire and traffic was at a dead stop for over 2 hours!!! hellova day, lol!!!

GOD I HATE MRI'S!!!!

MRI's definitely suck, depending on how far they put you in. Just gotta relax and close your eyes. It's definitely difficult with all that banging. Most of the time the give me headphones with a radio station playing so you can concentrate on the music. I remember one time I almost didn't do it. I was freakin out and it was just a brain MRI. I finally relaxed and just did it.

A good night sleep can sometimes do tremendous things. Feel better brother!

took 2 caps of epi-flex this morning just to see what would happen....then drove to indy and around a hour and a half later i was hitting the weights!!! did my usual 14 machines---added more reps. the did 20 minutes on stairmaster and then 3 sets of 50 situps.


i got a pump very quickly and workout went very smoothly, almost too easily. really felt pumped after workout and the pump lasted considerably longer than usual-my muscles still fill fuller than normal...it took it a minute but it seems epi-flex is having an effect!!!

like you i am getting more epi-flex, after the log i plan to run 2 caps pre and 1 cap 4 hours later...2 caps pre seemed to really make a difference, at least for me---but i am around 210lbs!!!
 
I completely understand wanting to experiment with higher doses. I wonder, though, if the effects you noticed dosing 2caps prewo may have eventually manifest after dosing just the 1cap prewo? Just wondering aloud, in case anyone else may shed some light on this.
