As we can see in the study, bioavailability was not issue actually. Absorption need a push and that means it can let you having higher peaks (more ųg/L). I cant say this for sure , but it makes sense :)

You been dropping some good info here and the promo thread bro, and from what I can understand of furions posts there seems to be agreement between you.
 
That's one of the reasons I usually follow along with BigT logs. No BS homo-erotic pictures or stupid details of every single workout with reps, weight lifted, blood type.....

I usually hate logs, because most are just BS and a waste of time. BigT is cool because he's not some young punk trying to prove himself or something.

BigT is awesome! And I cant wait to see how EpiPlex works for him :)

there is a whole separate section for training and nutrition logs!!! if i wanted to post all my workouts and what i am eating i would post them there...this is the supplement review section... i have always focused on what the supplement is doing for me....i have read many logs where all the reviewer posts is workouts and menu's and makes little mention of the primary subject of the log-the supplement!!!

if i want to research effects of a product the last thing i want to do is go thru a bunch of worthless info like nutrition and training, i want the low down on what effect the supplement is having-DAMNIT, and that is my goal in doing a log!!!! if you want info about nutriton and training go to the appropriate forum, this is the SUPPLEMENT FORUM!!!!

today is day 5:

i've hear that effects of epi could be felt between 4-6 days, today is a family/lazy day so really taking it easy...but nothing significant to report-yet!!! hopefully monday when i workout again at nifs i will start seeing effects!!!

If the pump and endurance does not appear after 2-3 weeks then you should increase the dose

i am in no hurry, i get a good pump pretty easily and have good endurance so it might take awhile for me to notice significant improvement.

All new products, I run them Solo. Just to find out how I respond to them. If I respond well, I know it can be a nice add to other products that have been working for me :).

Running EPI with PA from day one, after coule of weeks, the musclefullness could be from PA or from EPI or both. You dont know

Its funny, dont wanna get all soppy but when I first encountered him over at bbcom I thought he was a big intimidating guy/poster, and my first conversation with him was around time he was criticising folli...as Ive since realised through talking with him etc he really is a fukn great guy, with only the best intentions for us, genuinely one of the best and stoked to have 'met' him
 
yes, sir...on empty stomach!!! split around 4-6 hours apart, with 1st cap in morning 45 minutes to an hour before workout

Nice. Try to take them 3-4 hours apart. Dont wait longer than that. After 6 hours folli levels returns to baseline . So to hold the peak high , each 3-4 hour is good :)

took my 1st cap of epi-plex this morning and headed for indy, about an hour and a half later i was at nifs hitting the weights. i had another good full body workout on 14 machines then hit stairmaster and then crunches. i looked at the clock and almost to the minute 4 hours later i took 2nd dose of epi-plex.

i am not going to embellish, in all honesty i can't say i am feeling anything out of the ordinary-yet...but it is still early on and my expectations are still high!!!

My expectations are high as well, are you expecting to see some weight gain?
 
not really...is that one of the effects?

I want to say it was EMPIREMIND who said he gained 9 pounds while taking (-)-epi. I'm not sure if he was taking anything else but hey it's something to look forward to if your goal/plan is to put on some size.
