Epi PCT

Hey all

So after an Epi Cycle (15/30/30/30), the plan was to run Nolva at (30/20/20/10) and Post Cycle Support at 4 caps ED.

However in the 3rd week of PCT, a pre existing lump in the left nipple began to enlarge. It didn't stick out that much more, but it seemed to grow outwards an inch or two (the tissue on the outside is softer). The nolva was bumped up to 30mg again for week there. About to enter week 4 of pct now.

Liquidex and erase are available just in case. I'm wondering what can be done to stop this gyno immediately.

Did you run the ai (Liquidex) on cycle?
I'm no expert but the best for you would be Letro.
Nolva can keep it down but stop it I dont know... Maybe bump up to 40mg and get Letro.

Edit: As Adex is more for gyno prevention than to take away developed gyno, Letro would be better. What I can understand though is you can try to bump Nolva to 40 and add Adex 0,5mg EOD.

Thanks for the advice. Liquidex was not run on cycle. Do you think that the liquidex will slow/inhibit hpta recovery?
 
arimidex wont help you if youre taking nolva. nolva blocks a lot of the arimidex. also, yes nolva will stop estrogen from binding to breast receptors but it wont help reduce the production of estro. and if theres too much estro, its affinity will be higher than nolva, in which case estro will bind to the receptor causing the gyno
epi is known for rebound gyno. if you did some research you would have seen that you need aromasin. should have started start of week 2 or week 3 of pct at 12.5mg and run it for 4 weeks

Would another suicide inhibitor such as erase work? Would it hurt hpta recovery?

I don't know much about erase to give you my suggestion. At this point I woildnt play with any otc supps. You got adex so I'm sure you can find aromasin as well. But if you do chose to go with otc supp, I would recommend Letrone. Apparently that's the best otc AI.

Yes, an RC would be preferable but having to wait a week for it may be a deal breaker. With what's available, can anyone tell if this would be suitable?

Week 4: Finish Last week of nolva, begin pes erase
Week 5-7: slowly taper down erase
 
You could use the erase for now if you have it on hand. But I would still get the aromasin and start using that
