Yes just curious.. If ive been running CEL epi-plex at 2 caps a day (600mg) and switch to another epi product, will i stop seeing results? Most of the other epicatechin products are not dosed as high.

I imagine you could make the argument using one dosage and seeing result A means using a completely different dosage and not seeing result A could be expected.
The only logical way you could switch to a lower dosage and get the same result would mean the label claims on one of the products isn't accurate.
That being said, how long are you trying to run it? 600mg seems super high. I would think 200-300mg should be working.
