Epi dosage and timing quesion..

Hey guys... Im about to run Test enth for 12 weeks and kickstart with epistane for 4-5 weeks.. this is first time i be running Epi but I have done several cycle b4.

My question is, I was thinking about running 20/30/40/40 and After I read the post from different forums, its best to spliit the dosage throughout the day.
Heres my diet and scheadule most people told me to take 1-2 in the morning depend on what dosage u r taking and take 1-2 45mins before work out. Since i Lift around 8:30pm , im trying to figure out whats best time for me to take epi. Please let me know!! thanks guy




7:00 Wake Up
7:15 Cardio ( 30mins Light session)
8:00 8 eggs white, Oatmeal, 1 scoop of whey ( Cal: 465 / pro: 60g / Carb: 45g/ Fat: 4g)
10:30 1 whey/ 1 Casein ( Cal: 290 / Pro: 50g / Carb: 12g / Fat: 3g)
12:30 10oz Chicken Breast / Salad ( Cal: 235 / Pro: 45g / Carb: 0 / Fat: 3g)
1:30 Cardio / Throwing
3:00 8 oz Fish ( Cal: 300 / Pro: 50g / Carb: 1g / Fat: 10g)
5:30 1 whey / 1.5 casein ( Cal: 300 / Pro: 60g / Carb: 13g / Fat: 5g)
6:30 Hitting Session
8:00 8oz turkey Breast / Rice ( Cal: 410 / Pro:50g / Carb: 50g/ Fat 1g) *no rice on offday
8:45 Lifting
10:00 2 whey / Dextrose ( Cal: 580 pro: 50g Carb 90g Fat 3g)
11:30 8oz Lean Ground Beef or Steak ( Cal: 330g pro: 45/ Carb: 0g / Fat: 15g)
11:45 Bed

Total - Cal 3000 Pro 410g Carb

30mg 7:45am/ 2:00pm/ 7:45pm ( 10mg each)
40mg 7:45am/ 2pm/7:45pm ( 10-10-20) *( should i take 20mg in the morning and 10mg b4 workout?)
50mg 7:45am/ 2pm/7:45pm ( 20-10-20)

That looks fine. If I were in your position I would scrap taking 20mg at one time and spread it all evenly. 40mg = every 6 hours or as convenient. Seems it would be more beneficial to have a constant level of hormone running through you at all times.
