What's up guys, I just started my epi cycle today, a little cycle history this is actually my third cycle. I've ran furazadrol and h-drol before. I'm currently 5'5 I'm 153 pounds I've been lifting for almost 4 years. My main goals out of this cycle is to increase stregth and loose a little body fat.
The on cycle supps
Lgi epi-10 2 bottles
Cycle support
Himilaya liver care
Fish oil, flaxseed oil
BCAA
Organ shield (will be using with the cycle support cause I only have 1 tub of cycle support)
Mulitvitamin, calcium
Post cycle
Have 3/4 bottle of nolva but decided to go with clomid
Sustain alpha
Tribulus
Erase
Liver assist
I'm starting out at 30mgs today was my first day I'm hoping for a good cycle I have a 1 month old son and a 4 year old son so its gonna be fun keeping on track with work outs and so on. My routine usally consist of a 3 day split so well see how that goes. I'm probably gonna bump up to 40mgs next week and do a 5 to 6 week cycle. Hopefully my gains won't suffer from lack of sleep.
Today was good did shoulders and legs obviously don't feel anything yet will try to update every day. The only thing im not used to is not being able to take a prework out so that might take a little time to get used to. I probably wont get too much in to routine and diet unless i get asked about it. I generally do 10 minutes of cardio also before my lifting session. Right now i am going less weight higher reps but as the cycle progresses i might change that to lower reps heavy a** weight! HA HAA
