Epi cycle advice

Was initially going to stack it with trenazone but have very mild gyno and didn't want to deal with that and the additional sides

Cycle:
Ep15tane: 30/45/45/45/45/45
Ar1micare pro
Taurine at suggested daily dose
glucosamine, multi, and fish oil

PCT:
Nolva: 20/20/10/10
Super PCT: immediately after cycle or starting week 3?
DAA: 3g a day

*Also saw a veteran guy on here who said to go simple and to do this for cycle, thoughts?

Combine them.

Add the cycle support from the bottom to the plan above.
 
So you recommend the cycle support on top of the ar1micare pro? The major difference I was confused about was needing super pct post cycle as I want to avoid any rebound effect

Get blood work 2 weeks after pct and you should be able to tell if estrogen is "rebounding"

I would still do a PCT support either Super PCT or CEL PCT assist

Just pick up some cel cycle assist. This is only a epistane run, not a wet compound. You could pick up some stano or bps dermacrine to help with lethargy but your current setup is gtg.
 
Currently in week 5 and have a few questions.
Current pct lined up-
Nolva 20,20,10,10
Sup3r pct 4,3,3,2,1,1
Some type of creatine
Do I start sup3r pct immediately following my last Epi dosage or do I start it after I'm done with nolva? Also would you recommend adding DAA at 3g to pct or does sup3r have sufficient test boosting. Just trying to keep as much gains as possible thanks
 
Sounds good, do you think the daa will help on top of the sup3r pct or is that too much? I was thinking about assist nox creatine, usually stick to mono but heard some good things about this di malate

I'm usually a creatine monhydrate type of guy myself. But i think you can add in DAA. It all depends on how well you want to pct. After my last cycle i used tamoxifen citrate (nolva), an OTC pct and DAA.
 
I am finishing up my 5th week tomorrow and am up about 6 pounds (morning weight) and haven't gained a pound since week 4. Should I continue through the 6th and final week or has my weight gain most likely platued? Diet has been clean and upped my calories this week by 150 to 3750 and my weight still hasnt changed. Reason I only upped them 150 is because they were already high. Thanks
 
Sorry to chime in on this, but I didn't wanna start a new thread, I had just started my epi cycle a few days ago and it is very similar to yours, almost dead on besides the trenazone and cel cycle assist, the only question I have is, is a test base really necessary for an ep15tane cycle? I've researched a bit and got some mixed responses so far, any help at all?
 
Yeah I agree it's not necessary but would reccomend one if lethargy is a big problem for you. Anyone have any advice on my previous question?

What's your training look like? Are you making sure you're working hard enough to stimulate growth?
 
3500 calories is a pound, so that's like 500 surplus a day..... you only upped your calories by 150 not sure what your trying to expect lol
but 3750 calories is a lot you must be a big dude or have a fast metabolism
 
I know I hit a point at about 183-184 where I couldn't grow anymore on 3000 cals... My metabolism is kind of iffy tho

I'm about 190 right now and am at a sticking point and have been. ha:/
 
Have you been bulking for a while? Been reading up and seem to find cycle eating to be the best option. Right now I'm cutting so going 11days of keto and 3 days of high carbs low fats at maintenance.
 
Lol i realized I didn't explain that I had already upped it to 3600 right before that so that's why I only added 150 cals. I'm currently at 186 around 10 percent body fat maybe a bit lower, my metabolism is ridiculous but hopefully this last week of epi the weight will start to climb again
 
damn only 10 percent body fat and your eating a lot too, you've got a crazy metabolism. I thought i was about 12%(i can still see my abs) but then i got checked by some personal trainer, turns out im 17% lol **** me.
 
Yeah hopefully these upped calories will do the trick and help me finish out cycle strong. Did they use calipers and multiple measurements? Most body fat testing is inaccurate especially the handheld tests... lol. Might want to get re checked cus there's no way your 17 percent if your abs are visible
 
It was a 4 point caliper test. I just figured he was trying to tell me i was fat, then try to convince me to sign up for personal training lol
I'm actually about to start my 5th week of my epi cycle, up 8lbs but the thing is i don't feel or look bigger(from my point of view). My body fat seems to be the same- judging from the mirror, but not seeing where those 8 lbs went lol. Can you tell your getting bigger?
 
When I was on EPI/ Trest I gained about 11 lbs peak but I LOOKED like I gained 20, lol. And it was a dry gain as I was on formestane too
 
Yeah I am only up 6 pounds just starting my 6th and last week but definately noticed size increase in upper body and a bit of vascularity increase also but hope to add a few more pounds. Other people are probably noticing that 8 pound increase though lol so I wouldn't worry about it
 
Finishing up cycle in a few days and just wanted to run my pct by you guys to get some thoughts

DAA? Don't know if test boosters from sup3r pct are enough but also don't want to be too dependent after pct

Am i missing anything or does anything need to be adjusted? Trying to keep all gains and minimize estrogen rebound etc Thanks
 
I'd recommend adding osta to pct at least 10mg/ day.
 
I've read about ostarine having no effects on certain people, is there a risk for gyno in pct if I add the osta? Just wanna avoid anything that might cause estrogen rebound
