Epi Andro half life?

I'm going to be taking 300mg daily of Epi Andro (3 caps). I've heard a mix of thoughts from saying its a 6 hour half life to 12 hours. I will also cycle it with Osta which I know is a 24 hour half life so does it matter with the Epi Andro at all since I'm taking something anabolic with a 24 hour half life?

I'm wondering if I should take two in the morning and one 12 hours later?

Or

One in the morning - another six hours later- and then the last 6 hours later again?

Any thoughts guys?

Some people space, some dose all pre wo. Id start off even-spacing for a few weeks, then try a few sessions with all pre wo.

But, 300mg epiandro is a pretty low dose. 500+ is where youre more likely to see benefits.
