I think I've asked this before, but don't believe I ever got much of an answer. I know androsterone has been shown to help with lipids. Does epi-andro have this same property? I just started GW and I know it helps lipids, so curious about epi.
Epiandro was neither negative or positive on my lipid profile. Take that feedback with a grain of salt. The tests were not performed immediately prior or immediately after a short, low-dose run. The run was in the middle of the 6 month gap between tests. The only conclusion you could make, is it does not alter them either direction for a prolonged period, in my body.
Truth in posting: I had high total cholesterol when I weighed over 300 lbs, and the t-cholesterol remains high despite losing in excess of 100 lbs naturally (no medical procedure). Triglycerides are low, I'm high fat, no carb.
I am not in agreement with the medical community's consensus that high cholesterol is "bad", in an active individual with a good diet. I believe it became "bad" once statins were invented. Alternatively, a total cholesterol over 200 is unfavorable when co-morbid conditions exist in a sedentary individual with a poor diet who once had a sub 200 total cholesterol and is now >200. I have more opinions but will jump off my soap box now.
