Ephedrine vs Ephedra Extract (leaves)

All the new ephedra supps list 25mg ephedra extract (leaves) like Lipodrene. How does this compare to real ephedrine like vasopro?
 
as far as I know the leaves are an inactive ingredient, made to fool consumers into thinking they are getting "the real thing."

and if the leaves by chance are active, they aren't nearly as effective as ephedrine, and the only fat loss that you experience wouldbe from the placebo effect.
 
I knew it. I knew this ephidrine stuff IVe been getting was no where near as effective as the original. Anyone have any links to real ephedrine I would be happy.

I don't know much about ephedrine but I have used Bronkaid in the past and had pretty good results as far as a stim goes.
