Ephedrine dosing

Hey I have 30 mg pills of ephedrine hcl, how should I dose it. Should I just follow what hotnfit.com/ecstack.htmEC Stack says even though they use 25 mg in the example. that means I will be taking 90 mg of ephedrine daily after the first week.

See how you react to it and guage your dose from there. 2 a day might be just fine for you. Some people cant tolerate one dose.

I do fine with 50 mg. I'll occasionally go up to 75 if I have a long a$$ day ahead of me. I wouldn't run 90mg long term, maybe just a few weeks.

try taking the 30mg with about 200mg of caffeine and if you can handle that you could probably take another dose about 5 hours later.
