currently taking Black mamba it has 65 mg of Ephedra feels like I can take 2 only on 1 at the moment

I don't know what the heck that is from, but it isn't from Ephedra Sinica a.k.a Ma Huang - since that would be illegal. Is it from Ephedra Nevadensis or Funerea? If so - useless. I wouldn't buy any product advertising "Ephedra" (in the US) - as the alkaloids that work, were banned, so you're being hoodwinked.
There are 69 accepted species BTW - only Ma Huang alkaloids were the mack daddy. Just get Primatene.

question is if it is safe for 2 pills a day the reviews are pretty ok for this I bought the product locally as well

Looking at the profile, personally I think there is way too many stimulants in that product... ephredra, caffeine, synerpherine and yohimbine.
Plus a bunch of other stuff too.
Thats a heck of a combination.. Seams like a kitchen sink approach to making a fat burner. Personally I dont trust companies like
that, that dont do any research and only throw a bunch of things together to make it sound good to the customer.
