What's the typical dosage for someone around 200 pounds wanting to use the product to help with energy and to cut a little? 25mg pre-WO?

Powerfull ****, I'd start with 12.5 mg twice daily and assess from there, assuming you're EC stacking.

25mg of E + 200mg caffeine twice a day (on an empty stomach, with about 4+ hours in between doses) . after a few days if you are comfortable with that, i would bump to 3 or 4 times a day( perhaps only 3 if you only want a little cutting). i can go up to 5 times while stacking other stims in there but im not human when it comes to stims.
