ephedra dosing..

I am gonna start an eca stack. Never used ephedra before and not sure how much i should use.
 
100mg from a caffeine tablet. Add coffee and tea as you wish. 12.5/100 is a low dose. You will be able to tell right away how much more you can tolerate.
 
Are you gonna use herbal ephedra like ma huang? The doses may vary if you use vasopro than the herbal form.
 
vasopro works very well. i build tolerance quick tho. like said before, start with a half dose of each. a full dose of caffiene is 200mg, full ephedrine dose is 25. so just split each tablet in half.

Keep in mind that ephedrine continues to work even though you don't "feel" it working from tolerance build up.

I've been think about doing an EC stack as well but am very prone to the jitters. Are the results from an EC stack that much more significant than a non-stim fat burner?
 
The results from EC for FAT BURNING are better (for me) than any newer fatburners I have ever used. Some of the newer ones rival the energy boost though. As far as jitters try taking 200mg l-theanine with it , this does a good job at cutting out alot of those jitters. (at least for me)

now... how much different is taking a caffeine pill than lets say drinking a cup of coffee.

The difference is knowing how much you are getting. Studies have shown that E/C is most effective in a certain ratio 20/200 or at least within that range.
