Ephedra Back?

Hey All,
I'm getting spam from a Houston, TX. company called MaxTenNow saying that ephedra has been re-instated due to a lawsuit in progress. They are selling a product called Maxten with ephedra, not ephedrine. Has anyone heard anything like this? Thanks, Rick

Hooray for the return of ephedra. But I wouldn't get it from this site though. Requires an form you have to fill out and two forms of ID to be sent. Hell no.

I rather wait till more companies jump on the band wagon and then prices drop.
