Today i begin my epi,tr3n,tr3st cycle, the plan is 5-6 weeks depending on how I feel at the end of week five.
I'll be running them as follows.
Epi 30/30/30/30/30/30?
Tr3n 60/60/60/60/90/90?
Tr3st 50-75 throughout depending on how I feel.
Transform 1 pump a day.
Got inhibit p and letro on hand in case any issues arise.

Diet: alot of cal aiming for 500-600 over tdee. Protein should be 1-1.5g per lb bw.
Training will be a mix of 5x5 and a bro split 5 on 2 off, hitting everything twice. I will be aiming for a lot of density, so drop sets and pyramids will be abused. The 5x5 will be incorporated to the compound movements for each body part. I plan on it being more dynamic so I won't be doing 5x5 every workout. I might even substitute entire workouts with phat to keep it interesting.
