There is no **** list. If there was, I'm sure I wouldn't be a rep since, a while back, I publicly said one of our products was a waste of money on another forum. Instead, that iteration of that product is gone and it's been updated in such a way that it's no longer a waste and should be a good product. Of course we notice if someone only ever seems to have negative or antagonistic things to say, but don't you notice that in real life too? Doesn't mean I put them on a **** list, I just assume they're a negative person who will rarely contribute anything positive to a conversation. It's just like if someone only has positive things to say, it's nice and we will acknowledge them, but it's not as valuable as someone who was always honest. But if someone has a reputation for being honest, all feedback is considered, both positive and negative.
And yes, the team is monitoring this topic, and our R&D team is taking all concerns seriously. Just because we aren't responding in topic doesn't mean our team isn't listening to your feedback and taking what you have to say seriously.
