Ep1c Unleashed 8 week TD Oral Combo: Stak of the Gods

Alright guys. So here are my final thoughts on the product Ep1c Unleashed and my run overall. Took yesterday to reflect and this might be a long one so strap in.

Starting weight - 216
Final weight - 218

Ep1c Unleashed, as we know, is an improved version of Epicatechin. I have been using both the transdermal and capped each day, with 1 pump transdermal AM and 1 cap preworkout, on a bulk trying to put on some muscle. A few times I used 1 pump AM and 2 caps pre workout or 1 pump AM and 1 pump PM on off days. At the beginning of the run, I had amazing workouts for the first 2-3 weeks. Every workout was on point with energy, focus, pump and all that jazz. But some things started popping up in life as they like to do.

Big time stress started creeping in and over the course of a week my workouts became sh1t and my diet started suffering too. Some of this (diet-wise) was actually uncontrollable as some things had happened with work and work schedule (literally was not allowed to eat for 6 or so hours) along with other responsibilities afterwards. Never-the-less I tried to keep on track as much as I could and get good workouts in.

Ep1c Unleashed, as a product, gave me increased vascularity (despite becoming softer on the bulk). I knew the EU was having an impact of my pumps and endurance in the gym right off the bat, but was skeptical of its actual results or if it was doing anything beneficial outside of that. Slowly, I started to see some increased thickness creep in.

The pictures I had taken as finals do not do the results justice. I have definately put on some fat, but also added some thickness over the course of the run. Now my diet was not on point the entire run, so that certainly factors into the results I saw. But with my experience in Epi products, I have seen better muscle preservation/building properties on a cut that on a bulk. In terms of with Epi bulking, its a minor help in recovery and muscle building. I do want to note that I did not have much chance to toy with my diet to dial it in and see what the Epi could do to see if it had increased glycogen retention, increased insulin sensitivity, or things like that. I also need to note I did not hit any cardio on this run, or very little. Maybe an hour total each week. Again, I could not fit it in as I normally would, so that impacts final weight and results.

I have a lot more thoughts on this run, but overall I saw increased vascularity and increased thickness. I think the EU has good endurance properties and helps a bit with recovery and muscle building/retention, but should not be used as a crutch. I will post a review too, but from my run alone and how EU impacted me, I would give it a 7/10. But to be fair, I have purchased another bottle of the transdermal to use for another 4 weeks, so that says something. I will also be updating this log in another 4 weeks with updated pictures at 12 weeks of use and hoping for a better diet in that time.

Keeping this log and having an 8 week sponsored run helped me stay on the bandwagon even if just a little bit instead of falling off completely in a hard time for me thats finally letting up, so thank you Olympus Labs and Reps, you guys rock and are the real deal.
