Ep-Stane cycle from readonly

6'1, 195 lbs, 32 yrs old.

I was a solid 185 two months ago. I'm a soft 195 now. Minimal strength lost, but obvious loss of visual muscle tone. Rapid gain of subQ fat deposits.

Since Thanksgiving I've added 10 unfortunate holiday pounds and really slacked on my weight lifting routine.

I've used H-drol one full cycle, and another time half cycle that I had to quit due to kidney stones that had me in bed for nearly a month.

I just received my Ep-stane (Dynamic Formulas) today, and am itching to get started.

I have been a rather heavy user of natty T-boosters. One of my favorites is a product most people don't seem to like, fadogia agrestis. It actually seems to give me slight shutdown, my voice deepens, my muscles harden, strength goes up--basically I know it works for me.

My Ep-stane is really odd because it is brown colored, it looks like my NOW brand i3c tablets looked like. I have seen a couple other threads searching google and find that others received the same thing. I assume it is legit, and will be getting started soon.

My old diet was perfect for my body, and so I'm going to try hard to get back on it. My body loathes carbohydrates unless I need them. Therefore, I tend to eat fewer carbs than most of you guys. THIS WORKS FOR ME, and it may not work for you. I go extremely low carb. Some days I will only eat 20g of carbs that come one slice of bread, perhaps some honey and peanut butter. I also don't eat as much protein as heavy lifters. I will get around 1g of protein per 1lb of body weight, and this WORKS FOR ME.

DHEA- 0/0/0/50/50 (it always helps my sex drive)

Will be 12~13 weeks total. I think this is thorough. I will check back later to see if I forgot anything. I may change Stoked to Triazole. I still have about 1/3 of a bottle of both TestoPro and Stoked, though, so I'll need to incorporate them somehow just so they don't get wasted.

My H-drol cycle gave bad shedding and some thinning of my hair. I've been using minoxidil, azelaic acid, and spironolactone, and have mostly recovered. I will continue using these products during cycle, and after, and I hope to maintain my head of hair for as long as possible.

My H-drol results gave nearly 50% boost on some lifts, and at least 25% on others. I continued making gains during post-cycle, and then plateaued from there on. I *never* lost the strength gains, but never got any stronger either (although I did look better, and better, visually, just no more gains). Consider me a cheater because I want to get back in shape fast, just like I got out of shape fast (thanks holidays!). When motivated and consistent, I'm at the gym 5 nights per week, sometimes 6, just depends on how my body feels.

I will be curious to see how this Ep-stane compares with H-drol, and will use this thread for updates. There will not be a running log, because I am not very consistent with using the internet these days.
 
I want to add that I really miss the old Inhibit-E. That stuff was amazing for me. Worked better than any diet pills. At $15/bottle, I wish I had bought 3 or 4 bottles just to have it! One pill before bed and I lost two inches off my waistline in a 4 week run. I'd pay $30-40 if I could source a bottle of it from someone with stock. It's not available online anymore except for like 3 bottles on one big retailer going for I think $70! Yikes.
 
Does anyone have any suggestions on dosing Lean Xtreme during the Ep-stane cycle? I was not planning on it, but I'm currently using Lean Xtreme already (love the stuff). Maybe use it during the first week of epi, then get off it until PCT?
 
1. found some Inhibit E! super stoke about this. Also found Formestane at a "decent" price (considering it's so hard to find). Will be adding both of these to my collection for later use.

2. might grab 2 bottles of Triazole (for later use). As you guys can tell I love my estro blockers. I think I have naturally high estrogen, and when I block my estro I feel way more positive.

LOVING IT!

day 1
felt it in less than 2 or 3 hours. I started feeling euphoric and alpha almost immediately. No strength gains, just a great mental feeling.
did a late night chest routine, felt ultra tight next day. Not necessarily "sore" just tight and felt bigger.

day 2
still no strength boosts, but had a nice biceps routine. My arms didn't feel bigger next day, but felt harder (my goal).

day 3
wow. this stuff kicked in fast. I'm just finishing day 3 right now, and I already lost 2 pounds (water weight from holiday overeating) and feel incredibly alpha. short triceps workout, but felt great.

Also instead of 30/45/45/45/45 on ep-stane, I think I'm going to cut it to 30/30/45/45/45. Even though I picked up a 2nd bottle of ep-stane, I just feel that it had such a profound effect on me so fast that I shouldn't push it. Part of me wonders if I should even pulse it instead. But since I got another bottle, I might pulse it next time like during mid-summer.

Estrogen and Cortisol are my weak spots, so I'm excited to add 11-sterone to my cycle. Plus I have Lean Xtreme. I think I'm removing Lean Xtreme from my PCT and pushing it back to my "post cycle after the post cycle."

I have a big collection of supplements right now, and still adding to it.

The only thing I don't want to do is superdrol. I don't know why, but it just doesn't seem like what I need/want. I hate wet gains, basically. Plus it sounds harsh on DHT/hairline. My minoxidil/spiro/az.acid can only do so much lol.
 
Have been forgetting to come update this. The first couple weeks I was feeling it bigtime. But by the beginning of week 3 and I went up to 45mg ed, I'm just not feeling it as well. No real strength gains to speak of, no noticeable body changes, muscles aren't harder, nothing that I expected. Definitely more aggressive with my mood, and have had some lethargy. Going to add my dhea beginning tomorrow. Still 2 full weeks to go, so I'm hoping to update with better news! Those first two weeks my libido skyrocketed, and then disappeared after that. My diet has been perfect some days and not so perfect other days, but overall much cleaner than in December. By this 3rd week when ran Hdrol, my strength was up across the board 25%, and everyone said epi was stronger than Hdrol but I'm not responding as well. Mixed results to say the least.

I goofed on the 11oxo, realized I needed two bottles and didn't want to wait on an order. Instead I started my lean xtreme earlier than planned, as I'm really hoping to cut these 10 pounds of flab around my gut. Need to increase cardio ASAP.

The epi alone dried my joints out fast. Within first week I was cracking and popping from ankles and knees just when I stood up. Started with approx. 9 grams fish oil and it really helped fix that problem within days.
 
Wow I just got on the scale and I've put on 10 lbs since I started. Hmm. My waistline has expanded though. Same thing happened on Hdrol cycle. Oh well. As long as I can cut the spare weight on my post cycle like I did with Hdrol and maintain gains. I was 185 last October and 205 now but I wanna get BACK to 185 lol, preferably 180.
 
Cutting during PCT is the best way to lose the new muscle you put on.

IMHO you needed a bit more preparation before hopping on this cycle. What do you have planned to use as PCT?

Oral only cycles don't have to suck, you just have to be prepared for what they entail...
