Well I just got out of basic training and now I wana start getting big for EOD school I'm trying to find out what kind of supliments to get and I wana get some help from the pros now I wana get bigger arms and get my abs back I actually lost them in training but what kind of stuff should I get ill have 2 hours at the gym a day working out so ill definitely be getting bigger but I was a sprinter in high school so I'm new to lifting I'm 19 and new to this

Focus on getting through school cause lord knows EOD is a hard course. I'm guessing Air Force? Cause keeping a proper diet trough tech school is a hard enough task.

You reference supplements with getting big, yet haven't mentioned diet once.

You'll need a caloric surplus. No amount of supplementation will cause you to gain weight without food.

Whey protein (whatever is on sale), creatine (bulk mono hydrate), and a prewo if you want. You seriously want big arms and abs for EOD school? How about you get used to running and train effective muscle groups. A large/strong back will produce big arms.

What's your plan got diet and training?

Not a single period...

I recommend you use a couple of things but the extra food will dictate how well you grow.
fish oil
athletic multi
isotean
creatin mono

taken with ample food these will help keep the bodies machinery running smoothly and thus support your efforts of gaining some mass.
since your new focus on squats and Deadlifting as these two are total body mass makers. you will grow if you push yourself in these two exercises.
do them as often as possible and add pressing, pulling, isolation exercises to the other days you train.

you need to get more calories in for sure as well as have a good basic supplement regime
This could include:
A good Isolate Protein - Isotean
Fish oil
MultiVitamin
and a Creatine Monohydrate

Eat to grow, train correctlly to utilize that food to grow. Eating correctly for your goals while going to school isnt hard, you either do it or you dont. So figure out what you want to do. Figure out a plan of attack and do that. If you get around to supplementing, all you need are the basics to start out, whey protean, creatine mono, athletic multi, fish oil. that there will get you started up.

Good suggestions here, brand name of the protein being irrelevant.

What have you been told about EOD school??
You are going to lose more size in EOD training than you did in basic. You have to do PT and train in those bomb suits you know.

Just focus on staying fit until after you finish that training, then eat, lift, sleep, grow.

Do not take creatine during any military school, especially EOD (Except NCOES and the like).
You will be a heat casualty.

How'd you qualify for EOD without a basic understanding of grammar and punctuation?
Either way, you're probably not going to get big during that course anyway after all of the hours you're going to spend in that super-rad suit. Focus on the course, as suggested above, and don't drop your clipboard.
