Envelop was open when it arrived

So I ordered a serm for research purposes and the envelop was open when it arrived. Has anyone had a similar experience? Just trying to get some idea of why this happened.

they sent it in an envelope.......? im pretty sure you cant send a vial/bottle through a peice of paper.

He probably meant the padded envelope
If nothing was broken and the seals are still good, then use it,
