Enhanced finds his abs with Iron Legion Invictus (sponsored)

Sorry dude, I skipped yesterday cuz I was wore out..

Worked days Wednesday and Thursday. Wednesday morning I went to the gym and managed to get a 3 mile run in. I could have gone further, but had to get ready for work. Those 3am runs wear me out towards the end of day. Lol.

No work today, so I slept in till 6. Haha.. Took a heaping scoop of agmatine & washed it down with my coffee.. Slathered up with my Invictus and 30 minutes later I was out the door for an arm blasting routine!

One thing I've noticed is that it looks like I'm leaning out because I'm definitely looking more vascular in the arms.. My workout left me with a solid pump too!

I had zero intentions of doing any cardio today, but started feeling guilty after such a fun arm workout so I hit the stair climber elliptical for 15 minutes. That thing kicked my ass!!

Sounds like a great workout. One thing though. Now that we are out the military we dont have to wake up that early for PT no more. Lol

Lol, I can't help it.. I hate sleeping in! I always feel like I'm missing something or could be doing something productive.

I like the escalator type stair climbers, I used to put in a lot of time on one before my knee got so bad!!!

good for you for adding the extra cardio!!!

Forgot to post yesterday.
Weight holding steady at 190. I'm good with that - for now..
Tried a shoulder workout yesterday. I'm ok if I go with light weights and higher reps.. Just to see how it would feel, I tried incline db presses with the 30's.. Holy mother of God that hurt!! Looks like MRI coming soon.. I can deal with the pain in every day life, but if I can't even press 30 lbs, something needs to change...
Left the gym all pissed off so I decided when I got home that I'd go for a jog. Was hoping to get 5 miles, but between the heat and humidity, I just couldn't do it..

Provided that this bottle gives a full 30 day run, I'm at the halfway point today. Thus far, I can definitely say it's helped me lean out. I can see a definite difference in the mirror. I'm feeling great throughout the day, and sleep is beyond solid! There's been days where I'm only getting 4-5 hours of sleep and still feeling great all day long.
Time to buckle down on the diet and charge on!!

it's not the heat, it's the humidity, lol.

here in Indiana you hear that all the time....worst place for humidity though was when I lived in the philippines, during rainy season humidity was killer in that jungle type environment--those guys in nam must have gone thru hell--Philippines is less than a 100 miles from nam!!!

Try the humidity in south louisiana. Thats where they trained most guys for nam. Growing up there it was horrible

Yep, I basically lived in SE Asia for 8 years (for work)...first time I went to The Philippines, I got off the plane and it was like getting punched in the face with heat (was in April - think 2008). I loved it there though, but you got drenched with sweat after walking 100 yards. living in Shenzhen and Hong Kong was not much better...I've seen windows fogged up, condensation on walls when it's like 90 degrees F. Even at midnight, you get drenched walking around...high is 100, low is 92 and humidity is above 90%. just looked it up, the current humidity in HK is 95%...gross! Anymore, I really try to avoid going in the summer/fall (too hot and typhoon season). But, the winter and spring are quite nice.

I liked the Philippines so much when my ship had port call there that when I got out of the navy I went back there and went to school on the old gi bill. the exchange rate in early 80's was 30 peso to 1 dollar, I got $455 a month-lived it up!!!

olangapo city back in the 70's and 80's was called sin city, and for good reason!!!

There's always time for a workout!!

I worked the last two nights, so I took yesterday off.. Got hardly any sleep at all last night, but I'm not sleeping all day and losing a day off. Got a ton of stuff to get done today so I decided to do a quick run. I had a large waffle house breakfast about 4.5 hours ago. That must have given me the energy to get the pace I had!! Lol.
Chances of falling asleep on the couch tonight are almost 100%! Lol

killer pace in that kind of heat and humidity...bravo!!!!

This shoulder injury is really taking a toll on me.. Went in to do chest and back workout this morning. I was able to get a decent pump with the hammer strength machines, but still had to stay light.. Concentrated more in volume than strength so it's all good.
For back, even doing lat pull downs puts a major strain on my shoulder.. Tried adjusting my grip but it still hurts.. Seated rows was good with no pain.
Not all gloom and doom here - I was down to 188 this morning!! Lol

It wasnt the cartwheel its all that weight from the EGA on your shoulder. Probably should get that removed. Hooah!

Some killer workouts brother!! Your looking leaner as well. It's def helping me sleep better. As far as heat goes lol I'd trade places I live in Alabama we been hitting 90 plus temps with 80 to 90 humidity. I'm talking walk to your garbage can and sweat 10 lbs. But it's good for my fat a$$

Dude, I can't complain about the heat.. I moved out of Michigan because I can't stand the cold. Lol.

Honestly, nothing has done as much for my shoulder issues other than Cissus!

Started using it a few years ago, and all my elbow, shoulder and knee issues became manageable. I'm a little bummed that I think AL pulled Cissus out of Achilles. But, I'm currently using Super Cissus

The Invictus may also help with some of the inflammation

I've always been a huge fan of the cissus. I used to buy the powder and mega dose it.. not sure I can find the powder anymore.

Ha, I grew up in Louisiana, moves throughout the world with the Army, and now live in Michigan. And hate the cold, but my wife is from here, and cant stand the summers of Louisiana

Lmao! What part of Michigan? I was in Moline. Right between Grand Rapids and K'zoo..

Can't get more Cajun than me. Lol. Grew up speaking French, learned English in school. And after my Great Grandmother passed no one used it anymore unless they wanted to talk about the kids without the kids knowing what they where saying because everyone after my generation doesnt know any Cajun. They learn french in school but not Cajun. Even in Paris I tried to speak to them in Cajun and the guy asked me do you speak English. Lol

Very cool man!! That's what I love about this state. Just overflowing with culture!!

Had a great arm workout this morning and had the gym all to myself! Lol, at 4am on a Saturday... ??
Wasn't able to do barbell curls - hurt the shoulder too much. Used the preacher bar standing up and felt fine. For each curl exercise I did, I supersetted with a tricep exercise. Didn't want to leave the gym!!
Weight this morning bumped back up to 190 even..
I think my bottle might be empty in a few more days! Hoping the new one arrives before that happens.

My wife loves the high and tight. If it gets to long she reminds me to get it cut. Maybe its because she knows that before the military I had a mullet and a pony tail. Lol

FINAL REVIEW

Welp.. All good things must come to an end... Applied my last dose this morning.. Couldn't draw any more into the bulb so I dumped the rest into my hand and rubbed that sweet goodness all over my chest.....
As a way of celebrating this log, I decided to go for a little stroll around the neighborhood this morning.. Was hoping to get 5, but ended up with 6!! Hellz yeah dude!!
I'm hoping the 2nd bottle that I ordered arrives today!! I really enjoyed this product.. I was hesitant to try this because my skin doesn't really react well to topicals.. I always end up breaking out with some small bumps that eventually break open.. NOT THE CASE WITH INVICTUS!! There were days when I applied it twice in one day! Zero irritation.
The weight loss speaks for itself! I felt great all throughout this run. Sleep was great. I always woke up feeling great.

Huge thanks for the opportunity to run this. I've already recommended this to friends.
