Haven't used the product, but EA shipping/customer service is absolutely terrible. Ordered something from their EU website over a month ago, and it still hasn't shipped.

Since EA's YouTube was taken down I haven't heard any feedback and when it was in full swing alot of the reviews I saw were sponsored.
