Day 1:
Weight: 69.5kg
Feeling pretty warm after the first cap. Also, it seems that it has quite a powerful diuretic effect. In terms of exercise, I'm recovering from a lower back injury, and I'm taking it slower with the weights. Also, I've incorporated a ton of good mornings, in an effort of strengthening my lower back. Did about 12 sets of 10 reps with 5kg. Mostly, I'm using this exercise as a really long warmup for my lower back. Then, I did about 13 sets of barbell rows:
30kg x 10rep x 3 sets
50kg x 10rep x 2 sets
60kg x 10rep x 8 sets
And 5 sets of barbell curls, 15kg x 10 reps.
