Endura shred (sarm)best way to jump into prohormone Tren+epistane Some help

Guys im running right now endura shred which is OL osta and GW at 20 mg/14mg,i have 1 more week then i will jump to prohormone tren +epistane for 5-6 weeks and i was thinking if its smart to start tren+epistane while im in endura shred for 1 week or if its better to wait finish my cycle with endura shred and then start prohormones what do you think ?
 
Logic says you should overlap(a week to 10days is good). You dont want to leave your body without chemical support while you are waiting for the other stuff to kick in
