5 caps is great for energy and focus. I think it's right up there with Thermal Spark as far as a capped pre-workout.

The methyl blue is amazing but it can be a bit strong for someone new. I know for me I take 2 caps in the am with coffee and another nootropic and I love it

The supps one is a stimulant blend. The research one is a chemical dye that does cool things
