EndoAmp Max Pre-Workout?

Should EndoAmp Max be taken pre-workout (e.g., 1 or 1 1/2 hrs. before) on training days, or after?

I can't recall now in the 3 or 4 human studies using oral PS whether they used it specifically before/after training, or just at some point in the day--such as early morning, as this is when cortisol levels will be highest.

Serum cortisol levels are highest in the moring due to a fasting state. We recommend that you take EndoAmp Max approximately 1.5-2 hours pre-workout. This will allow for effects to be pronounced in mitigating intra/post workout dynamic effects on serum cortisol release. Remember, EndoAmp Max is looking to mitigate erratic fluctuations/spikes in cortisol release (most specifically in response to training-induced stress); not to reduce it's normal therapeutic secretion that allows for normal functioning in maintaining a level of homeostasis.

PS will store in the system. You want to take the EAM one hour before workout for the A-GPC to produce the optimal GH boosting effects.
 
I just bought a bottle of Endomax amp and Toco 8. Its been hard to find a decent Ps product untill Primordial Perfomance.
 
Rulk22, you won't find a better PS product--or a better priced one--I know, I looked EVERYWHERE!

Oh trust me, I believe you. When I found EndoAmp Max and looked at the ingrediants, I could definatly tell that these guys at Primordial Performance know what they are doin. Finally a real supplement company for serious lifters who know something. Thank goodness.

You nailed it on the head, these guys know their stuff for sure, and it shows through the products the choose to release
