endo t3 troubles

has anyone ever heard of someone being t3 resistant?Im using a liquid t3 product from a respected source at almost 200mcg a day![to lose BF] along with 25mg anavar to stop muscle loss.Im 6.3 and 260lbs. My diet is mostly clean , between 2500-3000 cal per day.Is it true that a [meso-endo]doesnt need to take anabolic steroids with t3 [wont lose muscle]I lift 4 times a week [HIT] type workout, off days do some cardio. Even at 200mcg my waking temp is just above 97*.The only thing I notice is elevated heart rate and sweating but no fat lose.I was thinking maybe my t3 is no good but like I said it from a good sourse the other thing is I tried synthroid before this and no fat lose either.Ive been using for 3 weeks now and this realy sucks because thanksgiving is here and so is another 10 lbs!!!

JMHO,

~An endo (or anyone else for that matter) may need to be sure that he takes it on a completely empty stomach. It seems that this is very important. Usually at least 30-45 before a meal.
~An endo may need to be sure not to eat too many carbs. There seems to be an issue with insulin resistance and t3 in endos. Possibly even less than 100g throughout the day.

Again, just my opinion, but I have seen no response in endos who failed to follow the above.

I could not get anyone here to help me.

This is anecdotal evidence through trial and error. But I believe that if you research it further you may find data to support the theory.

I hear you, what a nightmare

I very much doubt it is t3 resistance have you considered that your product may be dud? running that high you would not only feel it, it should be making you shake like crazy. If you take it on an empty stomach, keep your protein very high like 300-400 grms drink lots of water and keep carbs low, add some essential fats to your diet. I assume you probably do most of these already so I personally would contact the manufacturer.

good luck

Yes I agree ,even if Im insulin resistant----t3 at almost 200mcg should still make my waking temp better than 97* And not Im not shaking, only a slight rise in heart rate and a little warmer than normal

I am endo body type and I currently have t3 at 75mcg and t4 and 100mcg, I am as hot as a hell, I noticed a big difference when I took it on an empty stomach, I am pretty sure you should try an other brand or perhaps if you can get some real cytomel, then you will know for sure if you are t3 resistant, if you mix t3 with clen you will really feel the house shake down, and in my experience endo body types get the least muscle wastage on and high protein diet from t3, I even gained lean mass of t4 in a cycle bigtime. I use higher dosages of glutamine to avoid musle catabolism too, and keep cardio below 130 bpm for around 30-50 mins per training day post workout, I lose around 2 lbs of lard every week to 10 days.

hope everything works out for you

FALSE.

T3 does not make you shake at all. It makes you hot, increases heartrate and sweating. It also induces quite a bit of lethargy.

On top of needing to be taken *60* minutes before food, it also needs to be taken AT LEAST 3 hours after food, ideally 5 hours after. Which makes early-morning dosing pretty much the ONLY option.

Skull bro, you are showing some signs of hyperthyroidia. Your T3 is working. What was your body temp before taking it?

on average, just above 97*before I started any thyroid med I was just above 96*---while on the t3 during the night if I happen to grab a blanket my waking temp gets closer to 98*Grunt Ive never heard of taking 5 hours after what is the reason for this? If my T3 is working then how come no fat lose?Do you agree it has to do with insulin --------insensativity? hyperthyroid same as hyperthyroidia right?-----seems to me hyper is oppisite of what I have--hypo you mean?

well untill my new t3 gets here Im loading up on ALA [a proven insulin mimic]to see if any difference

T3 increases appetite markedly. Must be careful not to compensate for the extra calories expended with more food. That's one reason why clen is a godsend with T3: it suppresses appetite.

Im still looking for some reports that show that insulin insensativity causes or has anything to do with hypothyroidism .The only thing I can think of is when you have normal sensativity it generates more heat?

T3 will not cause shaking (only an increase in body temp); clen will cause a localized shaking (hands) as well as an increase in body temp.
