Ending cycle early.. PCT Help

I am extremely saddened to say that I will be ending my Havoc cycle early. I am 2 weeks in and I've been having an itchy scalp lately and I'm convinced that it'll lead to hairloss which I am not willing to put up with. I was wondering how I should set up my PCT. I have clomid, DAA, erase, and cycle assist for PCT and I need guidance as to how to dose and time everything.

I was thinking that I would run clomid for just 2 weeks 50/25 considering that I have not experienced much in terms of shutdown. I feel like the DAA and Erase is unnecessary because of such a short cycle
