end of superdrol cycle

i have 3 days left of my superdrol cycle 20/20/20/20. i ran it with cel cycle assist. i have gained 17 pounds and its hard muscle....i got a lot stronger too...was doing 225 twice and i can do 10 reps...can bench about 280 now....tried 300 but struggled...i have had only one side which is back pumps....i have nolva and revolution pct for pct....my questions are what is the best way to keep my strength/size gains...and secondly....am i going to get any side affects? are they prolonged or happen on cycle? any help or feedback is aprreciated....i also have pics of before and after
 
Get urself some erase then do a proper preload for first 2 weeks in pct. Keep eating!
 
gotcha i just found another thread of someone taking superdrol and nolva+revolution for pct....they asked when to start erase.....if i buy it now it might not be here for monday when i start my pct....but as soon as i get it ill start to take it....how long should i take it for and how much a day?
 
if you could, what should my levels of each be? can you give me a weekly so i know what to take each day? thanks in advance first time trying this and i dont wanna loose a lot
 
1/2/3/3/2/1 is solid. One time a day with nolva same time everyday.

I've never taken any PH's before and am just curious to see the difference it made for you.
 
Wow -- you can definitely tell that SD is the real deal! You can definitely see the increase in muscle mass on your arms/shoulders and more definition on the chest.
 
it is the real deal.....everyone ive seen that i dont see all the time says holy **** u got huge now i just gotta work on keeping it

Love super drol. Be sure to eat and keep the liver healthy.

This... Takes a little time to build up. Plus you wanna get yourself in a healthier state before putting on stress
 
It's been about a month now since the end of your SD cycle.
Is your PCT completed?

How much have you retained? What is your weight now?
Do you have a after PCT photo?
These actually count more than end of cycle weight/photo.
 
done pct.....weigh 198 the most i weight on cycle was 201......kept everything havent seen anything go down....strength is still there......was pretty sweet.....i wanted to only do it once but now i want to do it one more time to try and get to 215......i def got a lil fat after cycle bc i started taking creatine.....but i have done barely any cardio.....tryin to add some more lbs then cut up......heres the pics

It may have been one of the best things you could have done during your pct.

PCT is not the time to push your body to do *anything* besides recover.

Finally we get to training and eating during PCT. This is where a lot of people mess up. They've just finished up a bulker and want to immediately get rid of the extra bits of fat they've accumulated, so they drastically cut calories and start doing stupid-crazy amounts of cardio, and then wonder where their gains have gone by the time they finish PCT.


If you haven't been able to surmise by now, PCT is not the time to push your body to do *anything* besides recover. Calories should be no lower than maintenance, cardio should be very mild (and for health only, not fat destruction), and weight training should be mild. When it comes to these aspects, it really is that simple.
