As far as supplements go during cut I replace my pre-workout powders with Cellucors super HD, and I increase my glutamine. This last time I cut I also added a cayenne supplement to my stack, just plain ground up cayenne and I took it in the morning after my first meal. Obviously I clean up my diet and shoot for 500 cals under maintenance. My other supps I take on the reg are fish oil, multi vit(cheap ones), at night I take melatonin 5mg , zinc50mg, valerian root, magnesium/calcium?mg
