So I'm on my last 2 weeks of my LGD run and I have to say it's been AMAZING. Started cycle at 154lbs (weighed fresh off the toilet in the am of course) and now I am waking up at 162/163. As for as my caloric intake I'd say I roughly got 3100 minimum didn't really count macros. Diet was pretty basic: 1cup of oats cooked/125g of egg white cooked/80-90g of ground turkey (breakfast) meals 2-5 would be either cup or cup n a half of white/brown rice, 5.5-6oz of chicken/half lb of 93/7 ground beef (uncooked, didn't weigh after cooking my bad), and an good amount of black beans with every meal. Stayed to the diet pretty awesome throughout these past 8 weeks w/cheats days here n there. Strength has increased tremendously, my physique has completely seen a change. My chest seems to be more full/developed since I have started (my weakest part apart from my quads) vascularity has came out more, and even have occasional person from the gym say "dam bro u taking gear or what?" Lol. NOW, the real reason for this post, I have started my pre-pct I guess u call it by taking my arimistane 50mg daily. I say the 2nd day after my last dose of LGD (10mg) I will start my pct with clomid ed for 3 weeks minimum along with my continued dose of arimistane 50mg ed. Leaning towards 33mg ed for the first 2 weeks and then 12-15mg the 3rd week. All said and done I'm hoping to lose 2 MAYBE 3lbs at most because of extra glycogen storage/water retention that I've heard LGD does but I had no problems with water retention. Does my pct sound decent? It was LGD stand alone for 10 weeks, 5mg for the first week 10mg the following. Also do you think I will lose any more than those 2-3 pounds I am expecting? Body fat as not gone up what so ever....intensity of workouts won't be a problem post cycle either. Lastly, will I lose this also vascularity I have goin on right now? It one of the I dig most about what has happened during my cycle
