Enclomiphene cycle for weight loss?

I am 30 years old, overweight. Started to feel the slow down of age. Do you think if I did maybe an 8 week cycle of 12.5-20mg it will benefit me. I want to start a cut and need the boost due to the medical requirements on my job. In all i want to lose about 55 lbs. So 8 weeks of a Dosage somewhere in that range and caloric deficit, do you think I can lose body fat and retain strength without coming off a dacing any adverse effects?

I'd probably recommend getting the diet straight and in a caloric deficit. Run that for awhile and see how much you can lose with just that. Maybe do some appetite suppressants supps as well if needed.

I agree with Lean, get the diet and training going. At your age, maybe try something like CEL Mtest, SNS Recomp 20, and CEL Cordarine. With a clean diet and good training program you would be surprised. You would have a proven test booster, one of the new recomp supps that helps retain muscle while losing fat, and another new supplement that gets that metabolic furnace going to burn fat. I’ve taken them all, and they work.

Agreed with the recommendations on supplements above. Also Lead Edge will go a lot way on helping when in a caloric deficit

Ha, I was just about to say, and for good measure throw in some Lean Edge.😎👍

Just wait until you're in your 60's!

That being said while I personally like enclomiphene (my test levels aren't what they used to be but aren't low enough to go on trt) as other have already pointed out there are other products that would probably be a better choice for what you are looking to accomplish.

When you say overweight, do you have a rough idea of BF%? Whats your height and weight? What is your lifestyle like? Because if you're sitting all day in front of a computer, and eating like ****, that's not going to help. Like the other guys say, I would 100% get your diet and training in check. That's actually easier said then done, because you need to get the motivation to make the change, make lifestyle changes, and control your mood and cravings not to eat junk. I don't know your living situation, your work etc..

The first thing I would do if you're overweight is get in 5k-10k steps a day. Just start going for a walk everyday, you'll be surprised how you look in 2-4 weeks of doing that daily. If you get bored, just buy earpods and listen to a podcast or music. The gym part you can follow any training really. Do what you like, what makes you WANT to lift. I'd personally do strength training. Try fasting also from 7pm until 12pm the next day (lunch time). This is only if you really want to cut weight fast, but you'll lose some muscle of course. Calorie deficit too. When I want to get cut fast, I know i'm going to lose some muscle, but I personally prefer to cut fast so I'll do an extreme calorie deficit. You need to find whats right for your body.

Now this is where supps come in. I've tried a **** ton over the past 25 years, a lot were banned that were miracle supps that could get you shreded in 1-2 months. The last thing I took was an ECA stack, but they stop the sale of Ephedrine in Canada. But what that did was A) Appetite Suppresion (I stopped shoving food down my mouth), B) High Energy and Focus/Motivation, C) Fat Burning. The supps that you take you want to try to get a bit of all 3. Are the supps the guys above recommended able to do that? Could be. I would actually try it out myself. I've been looking to get into cutting and browsed this forum and read about a bunch of stuff.

If anyone in this thread can recommend a cycle regime, that would be helpful. What would the dosing be for:

1) CEL Cordarine
2) SNS Recomp 20
3) CEL Mtest
4) SNS Lean Edge

Would you cycle these like 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off? How about throwing in Liver Detox (Milk Thistle). I also read some guys here enjoy taking Core Labs X DMHA Power. There's also the injectables, but thats not my thing to talk about.

There’s really no need to cycle those supplements, but the Cordarine and Lean Edge would obviously be better on a cut. Get ready for the metabolic furnace to get turned up and more sweating with the Cordarine. As far as M Test and Recomp 20 those are beneficial as staples year round. SNS Anabolic XT is another good one. Just dose as recommended on the bottles. But really you should check out a lot of the SNS, CEL, and XPG supplements, because they’re all great and are as advertised. Just so you know XPG are transdermal gel supplements, if you didn’t know.

There are no short cuts. Walking, bycycling, running on treadmill, cardio. Calorie deficit. Free weights. Again- Calorie defecit - avoiding dirty filthy food sources. Low in carbs. High in protein. Medium-high in fat. Minimum 5-8months for 55lbs. Physical activity 90-120 min every day. 8 hours of sleep every day. Enough water (reverse osmosis re-mineralized) and electrolytes every day.

Ephedrine, 7keto, chromium and cinnamon Ceylon could help speed things up a bit. But you won't loose 55lbs in 8 weeks. Unless you're very obesed (like that 1 percentile whose weight are above 180-300kg). So make long term planning on training schedule and food purchases for every month. And avoid ozempic
