enclomiphene and my blood work

i recently went to a trt clinic and they put me on enclomiphene, thyroid medicine, and hcg. my test was 602, free test 11.9, Estradiol 28.4, tsh 2.13. Its been two months and i just got blood work again and my test is 1196, free test 19.5, Estradiol 72.9, and tsh is .007. My nipples feel a little sensitive. When i got my results back and saw all the high and low flags i did some googling and im worried about gyno. The enclomiphene has made my life 1000% better i have energy all day and have got into a workout routine. I dont wanna come off of it but i dont want gyno. If somebody can recommend which drug would lower my estradiol so theres less of a chance of gyno that would be cool. Im not sure if this is the right place for this post btw.

That’s a really good improvement bro. Although it didn’t seem like your test was low so I’m a little unsure as to why they put you on anything at all?

First thing anyone should say is that this is absolutely something you should be discussing with your trt clinic - they should be monitoring this and advising on the course of action.

there two approach’s they could take imo

1) reduce your enclom slightly and bring your test down (it’s probably right at the top if not over range now). Lower test normally equals lower estrogen

2) use a very low dose of an ai (asin or adex) to reduce that a bit

but it’s not that high and unless you are actually getting gyno sides then I personally wouldn’t touch it (I’d wouldn’t want it that high all the time but I wouldn’t rush to reduce it either)

Do any board sponsors offer enclomiphene citrate for research purposes? I've not seen it.

They only put me on it because my free test was on the lower side of average and i barely had energy, so they thought maybe that was why. I meet with them this week. I just got my blood work and seen everything doubled and got worried and became a hypercondriac. But ya i will buy a AI if the clinic doesnt offer me one to lower it a bit

bro that’s really not how it works...... I’m not sure what clinic you are going to but to be honest I’d be getting a different one.

your free test is determined by how much of your total test is bound to shbg and albumin (did they test both of those??)

low side of average is not a reason to put someone on enclom and hcg. If shbg was high then something as simple as boron might do the job.

your test levels are reasonable. It sounds to me like the clinic are just after a client as that’s probably not the reason for your lack of energy imo

doesn’t sound right to me, maybe others will see it differently but that’s my view for you

Yeah its a tactic of TRT clinics recently giving within range people SERMS as a tactic to get a client that they can't legally prescribe TRT to because they are within range. It's so dumb and scummy. Especially with something as new and unresearched as enclo. IMO OP needs to drop the clinic asap.

650 T isn't really low at all so idk that his low energy is due to test levels. But he feels better on enclo which could be placebo or just helping mask a completely different issue. Personally I feel like there is something else wrong and OP should see an actual doctor and check on other things.

But yeah, OP don't hop on an AI. Drop the enclo and see a doctor to test out other variables. 650 T should not give you low energy.

I have rarely found enclomiphene sold by SARM companies. It's pretty difficult to get. Clomid/Clomiphene is easy to find, but enclomiphene is not as common.
Not sure if I am allowed to mention sources so ill just say yk that famous PCT site that only accepts Bitcoin. They have some.

Since you came here for opinions I will just add, that I agree with @Whisky and @Ar0usal. The hcg is even weirder addition to your situation imo and could be the reason for high E (in addition to elevated T).

Exactly, but this guy who started the topic ,reports an estrogen increase ?!
Higher the T higher the E typically, since aromatase entsyme converts T to E. But that's also part of body's normal reaction and it's expected action trying to find homeostasis, so nothing unusual. And as it's more about the hormonal balance, rather than just the individual levels, it's usually nothing to sweat about. You want to have semi high E if you have high T also or at least it's not a problem to have 'high' E based on typical ref ranges, if you have high T. But all this is individual how you feel on set T and E levels and all that and when you introduce exogenous drugs that affect these levels and balances, it's really a - try out and see - game. Imo
