EMF + Sleep

Does anyone buy into this theory that emf fields can have deleterious effects on sleep? I've seen all the research that it doesn't have any effect. I have never given a shred of weight to it, until last night, out of desperation, I unplugged the router before bed and also very well last night. Anyone have any input?

I have noticed a difference. My router is downstairs a way from my bedroom so what o do and find works is setting my phone on airplane mode at night. Definitely sleep better

Gotcha. That hasn't worked for me in the past, but probably because we have a router downstairs and an extender or whatever upstairs in the next room (if this theory is correct that is).

Have you tried completely unplugging everything so there's no emf at all?

Yes the only reason I don’t is because my router takes FOREVER to boot back up. But…. I don’t have any extenders in my house. I noticed a bigger difference going to airplane mode than unplugging Wi-Fi in my scenario. I also have one of those grounding blankets that plugs into the ground on an outlet. I personally feel like it helps my sleep

Right on. Tonight should be a good experiment, since my workout nights are the worst. I'll unplug the router and turn all phones to airplane.

My wife is super into crystals and stuff too so my room is filled with ones that help you sleep (allegedly…although I have also seen some improvement even with how skeptical I am). My wife is a meditation healer and reads cards for people so it’s kinda cool to have access to that all the time lol

Do you mean tarot cards?

I know I do sleep a lot better when my phone is further away from me for sure, also sleeping with Red light is really good
