Has anyone tried this routine? Definitely goes against evrything I've ever researched and followed in regards to building muscle mass. Seems to be more along the lines of a strentgh training program. He definitely has a great physique but his logs don't seem to coincide with what he is teaching in his Strentgh U programs. Heavy weight and low low reps? Anyone give me some insight on how this routine is or did work for them.
