Emailed receipts?

Does Olympus UK have a habit of not emailing their customers receipts? I placed an order last sunday and am still waiting on it to arrive with no receipt or tracking number for my shipment, very unprofessional.

They are going through changes with the site. I just went through the same thing. But when I emailed and messaged them they were fast to reply and helpful. They got me my package faster than the estimated time. There was a copy of my bill, the product, and some samples.

I've emailed them through their contact us twice already in the last four days with no reply, were you able to get a direct email to contact them at?
