email problems

made an order today, and found out i had some problems with my cyber-rights account so if you sent me a confirmation email earlier today if probably did not go thru, the problem is now fixed....

They dont send confirmation emails. I'm actually pretty pissed about this. I made a order last Sunday night and still havent recieved it. Its my second order with ibe and quite frankly may be my last. They dont send u any information updated you on the status of the order. My order was delayed 5 days last time with no email. Only after i called them 3 times and sent 2 emails did i get any help. I will say they did send me a free bottle of the product i ordered as well as shipped it next day air. I still wish they would send confirmation emails on the delivery of the product.

I've also put in two order with IBE, already, and both times I received a confirmation email stating the order number, the time and date of the order and other information on the order in the body of the email.

I also would receive an email when the package was shipped off.

I'm not sure why you wouldn't be getting the same emails though. What did they say the problem was when you called and sent those emails?

I made a mistake when i said they dont send confirmatoin emails on the receipt of the order. I do recieve those confirmation emails, i just dont recieve confirmation emails on the shipping of the order. I dont know why but i never have. I sent an email to IBE last night in hopes of hearing from them soon
 
If you ordered during their sale, they said something along the lines that if anything was backordered due to not having it b/c of the big sale that there might be a slight delay and that it would be sent as soon as possible, or something very close to that.

Maybe the order was received but it wasn't sent out yet b/c or the large sale going on, and the demand for what you ordered? I'm not sure why, I'm just shooting you some thoughts that passed through my noggin' while reading this.
