ELROCK logs SUK’s Kratom

I took 5 grams of the Super Green today around 2pm. It worked perfectly for what I needed (productivity) today. Good stuff!

I'm gonna have to stock up if this day comes, I didn't the last time the ban was threatened and there were several big sales so I will probably wait until that happens again before I actually stock up lol
 
Took the family to Busch Gardens at 5pm until 10pm. We had a good time. Lots of walking. Came home and took 5 grams of Super Red. The aches and pains are dissipating. Going to head to bed and crash.
 
Today at 7pm I mixed 2 grams of Super Green + 2 grams of Super Red. It was definitely enjoyable. Good pain relief and mood boost.
 
Today’s lunch break consists of a double kratom tea, açaí bowl and avocado toast!

Yeah, I tried brewing it myself. The tea is nice because it seems to hit harder and faster than toss-n-wash (easier on the stomach too but duration of effects seems shorter). Ultimately it wasn't worth the trouble of brewing...or my wife complaining it stinks up the house. Wish I had a few businesses that bre it nearby like you.

I was about to tag you because I know you have brewed before.
 
If you do try brewing it here are a few things that really help with improving the taste (and some potentiaters):

Lemon juice
Lemonade
Honey
Agave
Cinnamon powder or stick
Citric acid or ascorbic acid powders
 
Ya know maybe I saw a krstom bar in the Denver area, should've stopped by.... Sadly, I bet it's joints like this that could become it's downfall, coupled with negative press of course.

Why would kratom bars become its downfall?

All of the kratom/kava bars I have been to have been super chill. No one I have seen cause any problems unlike the alcohol bars down the street. Lots of problems on the daily at those bars.

Some idiot will go to a kratom bar, have a tea then leave, then drink alcohol till they are blacked out and drive, crash into a school bus and flee. Then the press will blame the kratom bar. BANNED!

Yeah, you’re right I could see something like that happening.
 
Tonight was a mix of 2.5 grams of red with 2 grams of green + agmatine 1 gram + ZMA (for the 450 mg of magnesium) + Passion flower 350 mg. This is a great evening combo for me.

Feeling very warm relaxed and pain free while on the couch watching Netflix (Ozark).
 
I've read lightly on the matter ELROCK but in your experience does the agmatine and magnesium/zma really have a noticeable effect on a kratom dose?

Well the limited research does seem to support that NMDA antagonists would have noticeable effects on opioid receptors. Agmatine does seem to work on the receptors more so then magnesium because not exactly sure if it’s binding affinity is strong enough.

Now just going on my experience with them and kratom I am confident in agmatine’s ability to lower tolerance and helps keep me away from wanting to redose. I did a log on here with higher dosing agmatine and at the start of the log I was dosing 10 grams (two 5 gram doses) of kratom a day. By the end of the log I was dosing it only once a day at 4 grams with no problems. I also feel it can potentiate kratom (slightly).

Magnesium for me at night is always a must regardless if I am dosing kratom or not. It helps me relax (mentally and physically) and can help with sleep. I am probably deficient in magnesium. It may potentiate kratom’s relaxing effects or it may just be working in synergy with it.

I think both of these are cheap enough that they are definitely worth trying with your kratom use. If you do try it play around with your dosing and always start low.
 
Had a good workout around 1 pm today. I dose Super Green post workout about 2.75 grams (level yellow SUK’s scooper). Then, I did yard work (laying rock, mulch and weeding). Good energy and better mood. This dose lasted awhile for me.
 
Tonight was a heaping SUK yellow scoop of red kratom + 1 gram of agmatine + ZMA (magnesium) + Passion flower! 25 minutes later feeling relaxed and less pain (shoulder and back). Getting to watch some Netflix. Feeling good!
 
Today at noon I dosed about 3 grams of Super Green. Energy without the anxiety and good mood. Work went smoothly.
 
The yellow seems to have the best of both worlds for me. Nice energy and feels, then a few hours later I’m out cold. Need to order more ASAP

Today was a mix of yellow, red and green kratom around 1pm. It was about 4 grams in total. I got a nice full spectrum effect from the mix.
 
I took a small 2gram dose of the Super green this morning and still have decent effects (subtle but noticeable).
 
Finishing up some work at the kratom/kava bar! Having about a 4 gram yellow kratom tea!

Nice! I can't recall if you mentioned this before or not but does that kratom bar serve drinks that are a mix of kratom and kava (one of my favorite combos)?

They don’t serve them mixed, but a lot of people here drink shells (shots) of kava while sipping on a kratom tea. I don’t really mess with kava though. I will do the kava soda from their tap every once and awhile that taste just like orange soda while diet orange soda lol
They use a kava extract to make that one so you don’t really taste any kava in there.

I think the only reason they don’t mix them togas as a tea is because it would be really hard to cover up those two rough tasting Botanicals in one drink.

They do have some interesting mixes on tap. I don’t usually drink the ones on tap. I usually just get a yellow or green kratom tea with honey and cinnamon powder.

Ha! Nah man kratom tea taste pretty good. I can’t stand the taste of the powder, but the tea isn’t bad at all. The honey, lemon and cinnamon really help the taste. Plus the kratom bars have at least 10 different flavoring syrups like mango, pomegranate, etc, etc to choose from I just don’t really use that stuff.
